Madam, Sir,

We decided to create this association in order to show what can bring the electromagnetic prospection to Archaeology, history, numismatics, etc... Our principal goal is to promote the detection of leisure and this, in a real will of exchange and honesty with the representatives of National Archaeology.
We seek serious, interested people by the history, impassioned in the past and eager to render comprehensible the Archéologique interest which our apparatuses offer when they are used in a scientific and honest way. Taking into account the current divergences between " Archaeologists " and " Détectoristes ", we think that it is advisable to take a first step to show the good faith which animates our Association and our Members. To make with Us and All together, by taking an active share in our Association it is You to guarantee that We will make very to change the somewhat negative image which can have, at least, certain " prospectors " near certain " Archaeologists ".
In France, We are too often compared to clandestine the, destroying ones and plunderers of archeological sites, whereas in England or Germany we are accomodated with opened arms, because their Archaeologists included/understood the interest of all that we could bring to them!!! We think, as Mr. PERFECTED (Archaeologist of Kent in England), than it is when we put all (i.e.: all that we can find) jointly, which will teach we more on our past, and let us be persuaded that it is by working all in this same direction that we will preserve as well as possible, the Inheritance which we borrow from our children.

OUR ACTIVITIES AND OUR PROJECTS:

* Regular outputs groups some on all types of ground; Ranges, Forests, Fields, in Week or the Weekend. Well on with authorization.
* To develop a partnership with the Historical Archaeologists and companies, the Historians, the numismatists, the geologists, etc...
* To organize initiatory outputs with the initial prospectors and to give courses of advanced detection.
* Edition of a Bulletin (as often as possible) or each one can defend its ideas or share its easy ways.
* The organization or the participation in scientific rallys.
* Said days, of " Detection and Eases of use ".
* But also, Etudes, Recherches... of all natures if they milked with our activity.
* Identification and Inventory of the " lucky finds ",
* Etc...

TO BECOME MEMBER: It is enough to return the card of adhesion below, 2 Photographs of identity and rules of procedure Ci below, duly supplemented and signed. As long as to make may be: To assist or be made represent at the Meetings and Parliaments and Take part in the outputs or organizations suggested.
The annual contribution is fixed at 360.00 Francs at the year, that is to say 30.00 Francs per month. It is regulated on January 1 at 31 Décembre of each year to the proportion-temporis. For example, if you to adhere as from April, your first contribution will be 7 months, therefore 270.00 Francs. Other example: as from July = 180 Francs; (For the applicants for work and the students = 180.00 Frs per annum or 15 Frs per month. For the soldiers of the row and RMIstes = 120.00 Frs per annum or 10 Frs per month.) The contributions are possibly payable per half, twice.

THE PARTICIPATION IN THE OUTPUTS IS EVALUATED ACCORDING TO THE FORESEEABLE COSTS OF EACH OUTPUT BY SEEKING A LIGHT APPARENT EXÉDENT OF TREASURY.

RULES OF PROCEDURE: THE ENGAGEMENT OF THE PROSPECTOR

I commit myself applying strictly articles 716 and 717 of the civil code, of the law of 27 Septembre 1941 validated on 13 September 1945 regulating the archaeological excavations (in particular articles 5,11 and 16) decree of 19 April 1947 (modified by decree N°94423 of 27 Mai 1994) relating to the creation of the advisory organizations as regards national archaeology. with the respect of the following laws:
Law 89-900 of December 18, 1989: relating to the use of the metal detectors.
Law 89-874 of December 1, 1989: relating to the maritime cultural goods.
The decree of August 20, 1991: relating to the authorization to use metal detectors.
Law N°56-1106 of November 3, 1956: protection and regulation of the excavations in the territories concerned with the ministry for France overseas.
Law N°80-352 of July 15, 1980: relating to protection against the acts of ill will.
All other laws to come on protection from the archeological sites, historical, artistic... like those being able to regulate the uses of detector receiving sets lasting my membership of association.
In all the cases of figure is association ou/et each one of its members will have to be provided with authorization of prospection on behalf of the owner of the ground (within the framework of the detection of leisure) or of the Préfectorale authorization in the event of search in archaeological matter or of the person in charge of building site of excavations. And to respect each time necessary these rules of procedure.
